It's allergy season ... and they're a drag!

My eyes are red and itchy, my nose is stuffed up like a jammed water sprinkler, my brain is tired and I can't concentrate. Are any of you allergy sufferers? If so, you know what I mean.

Here are a few things I do to try and feel better:

  • Blow my nose!

  • Take a hot bath and/or shower!

  • Take an Allegra D!

  • Use eye drops!

  • Drink warm liquids: tea, coffee, etc.!

  • Drink juice!

  • Make sure I get enough sleep.
