It's allergy season ... and they're a drag!
My eyes are red and itchy, my nose is stuffed up like a jammed water sprinkler, my brain is tired and I can't concentrate. Are any of you allergy sufferers? If so, you know what I mean.
Here are a few things I do to try and feel better:
Blow my nose!
Take a hot bath and/or shower!
Take an Allegra D!
Use eye drops!
Drink warm liquids: tea, coffee, etc.!
Make sure I get enough sleep.
