Two Down, Many to Go
The FVSRA Silver Stars versed WDSRA last night in basketball. WDSRA won by 10 points. I played a lot of great defense and I made a basket! Mack made the first and the last baskets of the game. There were some issues with the scoreboard at the beginning of the game, so a volunteer used a whiteboard and markers to keep track of the score. Ho Ho Holidays
Christkindlmarket is an outdoor market with vendors selling food and gifts. It is located at Naper Settlement. I had the opportunity to sing Christmas carols with Artful Impact, where I go for theatre class. There were about 15 singers. We sang a collection of various holiday songs such as "Let It Snow", "The Most Wonderful Time of the Year" and "Deck the Halls". It was freezing cold but no snow. People stopped by to listen. Wham! was a 1980s English musical duo formed by members George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley in 1981. They released the song "Last Christmas" in 1984. I just started learning the song today. It's a combination happy/sad/love song and kind of tricky to sing! I'll keep working on it! The higher-pitched melody is difficult. I'm working on the entire song. I plan to record the song. #entertainment
